GET TO KNOW BURHAN AL MUFTI, SPECIALIST, SUSTAINABILITY (ENVIRONMENT) HSE, WHO WAS SELECTED AS ONE OF THE 50 INFLUENTIAL LEADERS IN ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE (ESG) BY THE CARBON COLLECTIVE COMPANY.

Throughout the past 18 years, Burhan Al Mufti, Specialist Sustainability (Environment) HSE has been contributing to the development of ADNOC Logistics & Services' environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives to boost its environmental performance. 
Recently, Burhan was recognized by The Carbon Collective Company as the most influential ESG leader in the Middle East for 2022. The award recognizes his contribution towards:

• The development of the Environment and Energy Management System for ADNOC L&S which resulted in the company receiving the ISO 14001 certificate.
• Being a team player in ensuring significant energy saving, carbon reduction, waste reduction. This includes but not limited to Biofuel initiative, single-use plastics elimination and for monitoring and evaluating carbon reduction initiatives and projects
• Working with ADNOC L&S team to win the Sustainability Award 2022 from the IdeasUK
• Member of ADNOC 2030 Waste Reduction Roadmap Taskforce & ADNOC EnMS Committee
• Certified CSR practitioner, EnMS Lead Implementer and NEBOSH Controlling Environmental Hazards
